Synthesizes DNA 5´→3´ from a Primed ssDNA Template

T4 DNA Polymeraseは、一本鎖DNAテンプレートに結合したプライマーから5'→3'方向にDNAを合成します。強力な3'→5'エキソヌクレアーゼ活性(proofreading)を示しますが、5'→3'エキソヌクレアーゼ活性はありません。
- 高忠実性: 誤取込みが問題となるアプリケーションで最適
- 柔軟性: 様々な分子生物学実験に使用され、多くのプロメガ制限酵素バッファー(1X)中で活性を保ちます
- 熱失活: 75°C、10分間で不活性化します
