PureYield™ Plasmid Miniprep Systemにより、250mlの大腸菌培養液から1mgまでのトランスフェクション品質のプラスミドDNAを迅速な方法で精製することができます。真空ポンプとバキュームマニホールドを使うことにより、シリカ樹脂や他のメンブランベースの精製法に比べ大幅に操作時間を短縮することができます。
PureYield™ Plasmid Maxiprepには、大部分のタンパク質、RNAおよびエンドトキシンを精製プラスミドDNAからを除去するEndotoxin Removal Washが含まれています。夾雑物の除去により、真核生物へのトランスフェクション、in vitro 転写、in vitro 転写翻訳共役などの影響の受けやすい系で常に良い結果が得られます。また、このシステムでは、イソプロパノールによるプラスミドDNA精製が不要です。
