Shipping Schedule

Products in stock will be delivered within 1-3 working days from receiving the purchase order.

Dry ice orders received on Thursday and Friday will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping Rates (effective January 1, 2024)

  • A handling fee of € 45,- is applicable to all reagent orders. Replenishment shipments to Promega Helix units are excluded from handling fees. More on Helix: www.promega.com/helix
  • For instrument orders, we charge an additional fee of € 94,50 for each instrument because of extra freight charges due to weight and dimensions of the package(s).
  • We are obliged to ship cell lines under UN 3245 regulations (ADR transport guidelines). For this reason we have to charge an additional handling fee of € 92,- on top of our regular handling fee when shipping cell lines.

Environmentaly friendly shipment? Go Green with Helix!

With the Helix on-site stocking program, you'll have easy, 24/7 access to the reagents and products you need. No hassle, no paperwork, just more time to focus on science. The Helix unit helps save the environment through consolidated shipments, efficient restocking plans and reduced packaging. In addition, we purchase carbon credits to offset the greenhouse gas emissions of shipping, distributing and stocking. We've offset over 900 tons of carbon dioxide by supporting projects worldwide.

Recyclable Packaging

We strive to use packaging materials that maximize product integrity and performance while minimizing environmental waste. All our products are packaged in highly recyclable materials, such as paper-based, unbleached cardboard.

Heat-labile products are shipped in EPS (expanded polystyrene) foam boxes, which is currently the best material for protection, durability and temperature maintenance.
