本製品をマニュアルで使用する場合Vac-Man®96Vacuum Manifold (Cat.# A2291) またはそれに代るマニホールドが必要です。Vac-Man® 96 Vacuum Manifold は、外付けのバキュームトラップが必要です。また、Beckman社のBiomek® 2000や FXで使用する場合は Beckman社のマニホールド (Beckman Coulter Part# 609670)とCollar(Beckman Coulter Part# 609597) が必要です。自動化RNA精製に関する詳細は、自動化プロトコール#EP003,をご覧ください。
