Hands-Free DNA Purification from Whole Blood in 30–40 Minutes

Maxwell® 16 LEV Blood DNA Kitは、Maxwell® 16 InstrumentのLEVフォ−マットを使った、全血サンプルからDNA抽出するキットです。このキットは最大の収量と純度が得られるように最適化されています。最大400 μlの全血を処理可能であり、 最大150 ng/μlの収量が得られます。Maxwell® 16 LEV Blood DNA Kitでは、高い純度と濃度でDNAを得ることができ、また、自動化により時間短縮を実現します。
