QuantiFluor® dsDNA System は溶液中の微量な2本鎖 DNA (dsDNA)を高感度に検出するDNA結合蛍光色素(504nmEx/531nmEm)を含みます。この試薬は正確なDNA定量が不可欠な次世代シークエンシング (NGS) やその他多くの分子生物学アプリケーションに最適です。この色素は1本鎖DNA (ssDNA) 、RNAやタンパク質にほとんど結合しないため、2本鎖DNAの特異的な定量に使用することができます。

Improved Sensitivity vs. Absorbance and Other dsDNA Fluorescent Quantitation Systems
The QuantiFluor® dsDNA Dye offers greater sensitivity over absorbance at 260nm (NanoDrop®) low-concentration samples, and better or equal sensitivity performance when compared to PicoGreen®. 10pg/µl vs. 20pg/µl for Quant-iT PicoGreen® (1µl of sample in a 200µl assay volume).

Better Sensitivity than Quant-iT™ PicoGreen®, Equivalent Linearity
The QuantiFluor® dsDNA System detects as little as 50pg/ml dsDNA in a 96-well microplate assay (1µl of a 10ng/ml starting sample). Detection limit is defined as greater than three standard deviations above background RFU.
