Employees have access to fresh and local produce from our on-site culinary garden at the Madison, WI location, which produces thousands of pounds of produce annually. That produce, along with ingredients sourced from over three dozen local farms, is used to create healthy and organic menus across the campus. The culinary team also prepares take-home meals available for employees at the Madison location. In addition to enjoying produce from the culinary garden, employees may also select their own plots within an on-site community garden so they can exercise their own green thumbs.
