Pure, Intact Genomic DNA in Under 40 Minutes

ReliaPrep™ Blood gDNA Miniprep Systemは最大200µlの血液あるいは体液よりゲノムDNAを精製するための完全で使いやすいシステムです。アルコールを用いた洗浄や沈殿操作を行わずに高純度のインタクトなゲノム DNAを安定して精製することができます。新鮮血や凍結した血液から40分以内におよそ4～10µgのゲノムDNA精製が期待できます（収量は血液サンプルに含まれる白血球数に依存）。


  • 簡便：試薬類はそのまま使用でき、なにも加える必要が ありません
  • スピィーディー：30分以内に溶出したDNAを回収できます
  • エタノール不要：アルコールによる阻害や持ち込みがありません
  • 高純度：他社競合品よりも高いA260/A230比
  • 安心：実験ごと、あるいは個人の手技によるバラツキが少なく安定した収量（溶血サンプルでも）
