ReliaPrep™ FFPE gDNA Miniprep System はホルマリン固定 - パラフィン包埋 (FFPE) 組織からゲノムDNAを精製するための便利なシステムです。FFPE 組織 からの DNA 抽出は、ホルマリン固定処理によりタンパク質とDNAあるいは異なるDNA同士がクロスリンクしているため通常困難です。ReliaPrep™ FFPE gDNA Miniprep による抽出方法では、オーバーナイトの消化処理を行わずにクロスリンクを部分的に戻すように最適化されています。このプロトコルではキシレンや有害物質、揮発性溶剤を使用せずに脱パラフィンを行います。また、全工程は2.5時間以内に完了し、手による作業も最小限です。
