PureYield™ Plasmid Midiprep Systemにより、50mlの大腸菌培養液から100-200μgのトランスフェクション品質のプラスミドDNAを迅速な方法で精製することができます。吸引プロトコルにより、プラスミド精製は30分間で完了し、シリカ樹脂や他のメンブランベースの精製法に比べ大幅に操作時間を短縮することができます。もう一つのプロトコルにより、250mlの培養液からコピー数の高いプラスミドであれば400μg以上精製を行うこともできます。
このシステムには、大部分のタンパク質、RNAおよびエンドトキシンを精製プラスミドDNAからを除去するユニークなEndotoxin Removal Washが含まれています。夾雑物の除去により、真核生物へのトランスフェクション、in vitro 転写、in vitro 転写翻訳共役系などの影響の受けやすい系で常に良い結果が得られます。このシステムでは、イソプロパノール沈殿や遠心分離が不要なプラスミドDNA精製システムです。
PureYield™ Plasmid Midiprepは、遠心法あるいは吸引法を選んで使うことができます。
