TMB Stabilized Substrateは、調製済みの安定なペルオキシダーゼ（HRP）発色基質で、TMB（3,3',5,5'-tetramethyl-benzidene）を主成分とし、ウエスタンブロットやドットブロットでホースラディッシュペルオキシダーゼ（HRP）標識抗体を検出するために使用します。4-chloro-1-naphthol（CN）と比較した場合、使用直前の調製が不要なため、より簡便に使用できます。TMB Stabilized Substrateは、専用のバッファーに溶解された調製、希釈の不要な染色剤です（有機溶媒0.5%以下）。本製品はELISAには推奨できません。
- プレミックス溶液のため、すぐに使用できます。（0.5%以下の有機溶媒を含む特殊バッファに溶解）
- 室温で1年間は安定です。
- 少なくとも4-chloro-1-naphthol(CN)より3倍以上の検出感度を示します。TMBブロットではβ-ガラクトシダーゼ抗体とHRP標識2次抗体を使用した場合、412pgまでのβ-ガラクトシダーゼを検出できますが、CNブロットでは1.12ngしか検出できません。
- 4-chloro-1-naphtholよりも良好な色素安定性を示すので、写真撮影も容易に行えます。
