X-Gal(5-ブロモ-4-クロロ-3-インドリル-β-D-ガラクトシド)は、β-ガラクトシダーゼの基質です。一般にIPTGと併用し、β-ガラクトシダーゼのα-相補を利用した大腸菌組換え体（lacZを含むベクター）の識別（ブルー/ホワイトセレクション）に使用します。

- 品質試験済み: X-Galの発色性を確認するため、pGEM(R)-Z Vectorsを用いたアッセイ試験を行っています。
