HEK293細胞に NanoLuc®- HIPK3 Fusion Vector（A）または NanoLuc®- SBK3 Fusion Vector（B）をトランスフェクションした。 CC1 pan-Kinase Inhibitor の見かけの細胞内親和性を決定するために、 NanoBRET™ TE Intracellular Kinase Assay Technical Manual ＃TM598に詳述されている付着法に従いました。 NanoBRET™ Tracer K-10 の推奨濃度 HIPK3 1µM、SBK 0.5µMで使用しました。
