GoTaq^® MDx Hot Start Polymerases にはポリメラーゼ活性をブロックする特殊な抗体が結合したGoTaq^® MDx DNA Polymerase が含まれています。ポリメラーゼ活性は、増幅反応の最初の94–95°C、2分間の変性ステップで回復します。70°C以下でポリメラーゼ活性を阻害するホットスタートPCRにより、簡便な室温での反応セットアップが可能になります。また、ホットスタートPCRによりプライマーダイマーや副産物を低減し、収量が増加する場合もあります。グリセロールを除去した製品は、原料としてさらに手を加えて製品化する場合や、凍結乾燥する際に有用です。

ロット間のばらつきの無い安定した性能を保証するため、品質管理システムの下、妥当性が確認された器具、工程、方法によりcGMP製造されています。
DNA混入の低いことを細菌、カビ、哺乳類DNAに対しQCテストしています。
融通の利く構成ですので、カスタム化にも対応いたします。
