LigaFast™ Rapid DNA Ligation Systemは突出（粘着）末端を持つDNAインサートをたったの5分（平滑末端ならば15分）でプラスミドにライゲーションすることができるキットです。T4DNA Ligaseとユニークな2X Rapid Ligation Bufferを組合せています。連結されたDNAはトランスフォーメーションをする前に精製する必要がありません。また、特製の2X Rapid Ligation Bufferは使用前にATPやMg2+を加える必要はありません。
