100bp DNA Ladder：100bpから1,000bpまでの100bp間隔に並ぶ10本のバンドと1,500bpのバンドの計11本のバンドで構成されています。500bpのバンドは容易に同定できるように、他のバンドよりも高いバンド強度を有しています。このラダーは脱リン酸化されているため、T4Polynucleotide Kinaseによる5′末端の放射性標識にそのまま使用し、オートラジオグラフィーで検出することもできます。
