PowerSeq™ CRM Nested System, Customミトコンドリアゲノムのコントロール領域をカバーする10個のアンプリコンを1反応で1度に作製できます。分解されたサンプルからでも最適な結果を得るため、増幅のターゲット領域は144-237bpのサイズとなるようデザインされています。本システムではNested-PCR法を採用し、ライブラリー調製にかかる実験ステップと時間が大幅に少なくなりました。1回のPCR反応でターゲットアンプリコンとインデックスアダプターの付加を同時に行うプロトコールです。

Balanced Representation of Pooled Libraries
Representative balanced profile of PowerSeq® CRM Nested System, Custom. 2800M Control DNA (500pg; n=4) was amplified with the PowerSeq® CRM Nested System. A pool of 16 samples was sequenced simultaneously using MiSeq® Reagent Kit v3. Balance data was analyzed with ExactID® (Battelle Memorial Institute).
