Lumit® Immunoassayのアプリケーション
インスリンおよびグルカゴンは、代謝研究で測定される主要なターゲットです。膵島のβ細胞およびα細胞からそれぞれ分泌されるこれらのホルモンは、体内のグルコース濃度の調節に不可欠な役割を果たします。Lumit® Insulin および Lumit® Glucagon Immunoassaysを使用すれば、培養中の単層細胞、3D膵島マイクロ組織、そして膵島からのホルモン分泌データを簡単に収集することができます。シンプルな添加読み出しプロトコルは、静的および動的なグルコース刺激インスリン分泌（GSIS）実験、さらにはペリフュージョンシステムにも対応しています。
ペリフュージョン法は、時間の経過や連続的な処理に対するホルモン分泌を解析するための強力な手法であり、解析対象となる多数のサンプルを生成します。Lumit® Immunoassayは、煩雑な洗浄工程を回避することで、このような大量サンプルの解析を大幅に簡易化します。迅速な結果取得により、早期にデータが得られ、次の実験へとすぐに移行できるメリットがあります。
