Nano-Glo® 生細胞検出の概要
Nano-Glo® Live Cell Assay System による生細胞（非溶解）アッセイはシグナルの減衰により最大2時間までが限界でした。Nano-Glo® Endurazine™ および Vivazine™ Live Cell Substrate は NanoLuc® および NanoBiT® ルシフェラーゼの新たな生細胞検出用基質として数時間から数日にわたる非溶解アッセイを可能にします。この2つの基質は、細胞内エステラーゼにより触媒されるエステル加水分解の速度を低減させることで実験期間を通じて安定にフリマジンを生成します。このフリマジンは NanoLuc® および NanoBiT® ルシフェラーゼ の基質として発光反応に利用されます。
