Single-Addition Reagent to Detect NanoLuc® Luminescence in Live Cells
Nano-Glo® Live Cell Assay System は生細胞よりNanoBiT™ または NanoLuc® の発光を測定する1液添加方式の非細胞溶解性の試薬です。Nano-Glo® Live Cell SubstrateをNano-Glo® LCS Dilution Bufferで希釈してNano-Glo® Live Cell Reagent, a 5X stockを調製し、培地中に直接添加します。基質とバッファーとも安定性を向上させるために最適化されています。 Nano-Glo® Live Cell Reagent は血清の有無にかかわらず自己発光を抑えるようにデザインされており、低レベルのNanoBiT™ または NanoLuc® を検出できるよう感度を上げています。Nano-Glo® Live Cell Assay System は細胞生存性を損なわずに最長2時間までの設定された時点あるいは連続での発光モニタリングに使用することができます。

Cat.# N2011 is sufficient for 100 assays in 96-well plates; Cat.# N2012 is sufficient for 1,000 assays in 96-well plates, Cat.# N2013 is sufficient for 10,000 assays in 96-well plates.
The signal stability observed after addition of the Nano-Glo® Live Cell Reagent to culture media can be influenced by experimental parameters such as high levels of enzyme activity, temperature or the presence of FBS in the media. Please refer to #TM461 for additional information.
