Passive Lysis 5X Buffer

Passive Lysis Buffer, 5X, is specifically formulated to promote rapid lysis of cultured mammalian cells without the need for scraping adherent cells or performing freeze-thaw cycles. It elicits only minimal coelenterazine autoluminescence, making it the lytic reagent of choice when processing cells for quantitation of firefly and Renilla luciferase activities using Dual-Luciferase® Reagent Assay System (Cat.# E1910).
