Automated Benchtop DNA Extraction from Casework Samples
DNA IQ™ Casework Pro Kit for Maxwell® 16は、特に法医学的なケースワークサンプルからのDNA抽出用にデザ インされています。これらのサンプルには、凝血サンプル、精液付着サンプル、毛髪、タバコの吸殻、組織サンプルなどが含まれ、これらDNAの痕跡を残すサンプルは法医学的なDNA分析で恒常的に使用されます。このキットではDNA IQ™ Systemと同じ信頼性の高い試薬が使用されており、予めプレパックされたカートリッジ形式で供給されます。このキットは濃縮タイプのDNA抽出用に最適化されています。
プラスチックカートリッジとプランジャーを使用する本 キットでは、DNA溶出液の最終的な容量は50µl以下です。 カートリッジにはDNA IQ™ Lysis Buffer、Resin、Wash Bufferが分注されており、抽出液の最適な保存に適したDNA IQ™ Elution Bufferも含まれています。
- 溶出液量の低減：DNA IQ™ Elution Buffer 50µl以下でDNAを溶出。精製後の濃縮操作は不要。
- 信頼性：DNA IQ™ Systemは優れた自動DNA抽出法として認知されており、本キットのカートリッジにプレパックされています。
- プログラムインストール済み：プログラムやコンピュータを接続する必要がありません。Maxwell® 16 Instrumentには必要な全てのプログラムが予めインストールされており、最大限のパフォーマンスを示すように最適化されています。
