Maxwell® RSC Genomic DNA Kit は、Maxwell® RSC またはRSC 48 Instrument と組み合わせて使用し、1回の運転で複数の異なるヒトサンプルタイプからゲノムDNAを精製することができます。対応するサンプルタイプには、ヒトの全血、バフィーコート、骨髄、口内スワブ、組織、組織培養や尿や羊水などの様々な生体液から分離した細胞が含まれます。Maxwell® RSC Genomic DNA Kitは、様々なサンプルタイプや投入量から一貫した信頼性の高いDNA抽出を可能にする柔軟性を備えたプラットフォームソリューションとして、様々な高感度ダウンストリームアプリケーションに使用することができます。

Maxwell® RSC Genomic DNA Kitは、異なるサンプルタイプからのDNA抽出に必要な試薬がすべて含まれています。すべてのサンプルタイプで、サンプル固有の溶解ステップの後、同じMaxwell® RSC Instrument のメソッドを使用します（～40分）。Maxwell® RSC Genomic DNA Kitは、異なる量のサンプル投入が可能で、精製された DNA は 50～200µl のElution Bufferで溶出することが可能です。

Maxwell® RSC または Maxwell® RSC 48 Instrument と併用する Maxwell® RSC Genomic DNA Kitは、複数のサンプルタイプから高収率と高品質のDNAを安定して抽出　　パネル A. 300µl の全血（n=12）から異なる抗凝固剤でゲノムDNAを抽出し、50µl または 200µl のElution Bufferで溶出した。 パネル B. 異なるサンプルタイプから抽出したDNAの平均純度比を吸光度により測定した。 パネル C. バフィーコートと骨髄、 5 × 10⁶ HEK293細胞、50mgの膵臓組織、および1～2個の頬粘膜からそれぞれ 300μl のDNAを抽出した。すべてのサンプルを 200µl のElution Bufferで溶出し、サンプル濃度と品質を吸光度によって決定した。

DNA extracted using the Maxwell® CSC Genomic DNA Kit shows consistent amplification in qPCR.

Maxwell® RSC Genomic DNA Kitを使用して複数のサンプルタイプから抽出したDNAは、qPCRアッセイにおいて一貫した増幅を提示. 全血、バフィーコート、骨髄、HEK293細胞、膵臓組織、1～2個の口内スワブ（n=12）からDNAを抽出した。この DNAを吸光度で定量し、qPCR標準曲線内の濃度に希釈し、qPCR アッセイで300塩基対の標的を増幅するテンプレートとして使用した。
