Eluator™ Vacuum Elution Deviceは、PureYield™ MidiprepあるいはMaxiprepカラムから核酸を溶出させるのに用います。この器具は、青いベース部分と透明なカラム保持部分の二つのパーツからできています。ベース部分をVac-Man® Laboratory Vacuum Manifold (Cat.# A7231)の様な真空マニホールドに接続し、溶出した核酸を1.5mlチューブに回収します。
Eluator™ により、核酸精製にスウィングバケットローターによる遠心分離が不要になり、簡単スピーディーに精製操作が行えます。
Elution is completed using vacuum pressure with a Vac-Man® Laboratory Manifold in less than one minute directly into 1.5ml centrifuge tubes.
