Wizard® MagneSil® Plasmid Purification System はマルチウェルフォーマットでの迅速なプラスミド精製を行なうシンプルで、信頼性があり、しかもコストパフォーマンスに優れる製品です。精製されたプラスミドはBigDye®ターミネーターシークエンシングなどの自動化蛍光シークエンシングや制限酵素消化を含む標準的な分子生物学技術にそのまま使用することができます。ライセートの清澄化やDNAを捕捉する磁性粒子（MagneSil® BLUEおよびMagneSil® RED）を使用することにより、遠心や吸引が不要になるため完全な自動化に理想的なシステムです。
96ウェルプレートを処理できるマグネット方式対応のワークステーションと旋回式シェーカーを組み合わせた場合に最大のパフォーマンスを発揮します。
