Maxwell®RSC simplyRNA Tissue kitは、Maxwell®RSC Instrumentを用いて最大20mgの組織から自動でRNAを精製することが可能です。少量の溶出量を使用して、定量的RT-PCRなどのダウンストリームアプリケーションでの使用に適した高品質の濃縮RNAが精製されます。 このキットは、サンプルの処理に必要な試薬を提供し、プレフィルドカートリッジを使用して精製することで、シンプルさと利便性を最大限に高めます。 Maxwell®RSC Instrumentは1〜16サンプルを処理でき、Maxwell®RSC 48 Instrumentは1〜48サンプルを1時間以内で処理できます。
- シンプルな処理ステップ：遠心操作も不要で時間を節約でき、エラーも最低限に抑えます。
- 自動RNA抽出：安定した結果と下流のアッセイに十分な収量が得られます。
- 必要な試薬、消耗品が付属：DNaseを含む試薬類とプラスチック類がキットに含まれ、隠れたコストはかかりません。
- 新鮮な細胞あるいは凍結細胞、組織で使用可能：多用途に対応するプロトコル。
