ReliaPrep™ Cell RNA Miniprep Systemは 100 から 1 x 106 個の HeLa 細胞より他社競合製品よりも多くのRNAを効率的に精製（右グラフ）。4種の細胞株それぞれ100,000細胞からの RNA 収量（下グラフ）。ReliaPrep™ System のその他のパフォーマンスデータについては Application Note をご覧ください。
RNA from Tissue
組織から精製した RNA の収量および純度
ReliaPrep™ RNA Tissue Miniprep System を用いて線維性および非線維性のマウス組織より精製した標準的なRNA 収量。RNA は様々なマウス組織 10mg より精製。収量および純度は吸光光度計 Nanodrop® 1000 を用いて測定した。
