Wizard® SV 96 Binding Platesは、DNAを抽出するためにWizard® SV 96 Plasmid DNA Purification System (Cat.# A2250, A2255), Wizard® SV 96 Genomic DNA Purification System (Cat.# A2370, A2371)そしてWizard® SV 96 PCR Clean-Up System (Cat.# A9340, A9341, A9342) で使用されており、RNAを抽出する際には、SV 96 Total RNA Isolation System (Cat.# Z3500, Z3505)で用いられています。また、抽出工程は、手動またはロボットプラットフォームで行われます。
Binding Platesは、Vac-Man® 96 Vacuum Manifold (Cat.# A2291) または類似のマニフォールドで使用されます.
Wizard® SV 96 Lysate Clearing Platesは、Wizard® SV 96 Plasmid DNA Purification Systmのプロトコルで大腸菌ライセートに含まれる残渣をトラップして、96サンプルを同時に清澄化するためのプレートです。Wizard® SV 96 Binding Plates (Cat.# A2271, A2278)およびVac-Man® 96 Vacuum Manifold(Cat.# A2291)とともに用いれば、ライセートの清澄化とDNAの捕捉を同時に行うことができます。
