Reverse Transcriptase with Stability at Higher Temperatures
AMV (Avian Myeloblastosis Virus) Reverse Transcriptaseは、トリ骨髄芽球症ウイルスから発見された逆転写酵素で、DNA, RNA, DNA:RNAハイブリッドをテンプレートとするDNAポリメラーゼでもあります。活性化にはプライマー（RNAプライマーよりもDNAプライマーが効果的）、Mg2+またはMn2+が必要です。本酵素は内在性のリボヌクレアーゼH活性を示します。非イオン性界面活性剤とスルフヒドリル化合物はin vitroでの酵素活性を安定化します。
- 高濃度: Cat.# M9004 は、 AMV RT (20–25units/μl) 600ユニットを含みます
- 5X Reaction Bufferを添付：250mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.3 at 25°C), 250mM KCl, 50mM MgCl2, 2.5mM spermidine, 50mM DTT
- AMV RTは比較的高温（37～58°C）でも安定なので二次構造を形成したRNAの逆転写に最適です
- 75°C, 15分で不活性化します。

- Taq DNA Polymeraseを用いた50µl PCRの場合、RT反応液10µlまでをそのまま使用可能。GoTaq® DNA PolymeraseおよびPCR Master MixならRT反応25µlまでをそのまま使用可能。
