Maxprep™ Liquid Handlerを用いた前処理の自動化が目的の場合、こちらのDNase I を追加購入してください。
使用前に本製品1バイアル（凍結乾燥DNase I )を275µl の Nuclease-Free Waterに懸濁します。Nuclease-Free Waterに溶解したDNase I は-30℃～-10℃で保管してください。凍結融解サイクル10回まで活性を維持します。
