GoTaq® Enviro qPCRおよびRT-qPCRシステムは、環境サンプル（水、土壌、生物学的物質など）からターゲットを増幅するために最適化されたすぐに使用できるマスターミックスです。 このシステムは、環境サンプルに一般的に見られるフミン酸やタンニン酸などの幅広いPCRおよびRT-qPCR阻害剤に耐性があります。 マスターミックス製剤は、抗体を介したホットスタートケミストリーを使用して、室温での反応セットアップを可能にします。 迅速なホットスタート活性化とプロセシビティ酵素により、標準および高速の機器サイクリングプログラムの両方と互換性があります。
PCRまたはRT-PCR阻害剤、ピペッティングエラー、サーマルサイクラーの誤動作は、一貫性のない結果の一般的な原因です。 これらのエラーを制御するには、DNAポリメラーゼのパフォーマンスに関する情報を提供するInternal Positive Control（IPC）qPCR Inhibition Control Assay、または逆転写酵素およびDNAポリメラーゼの性能に関する情報を提供するInternal Amplification Control（IAC）RT-qPCR Inhibition Control Assayを含めることをお勧めします。両方のコントロールアッセイは別々に利用できます。
