GoTaq® qPCRとRT-qPCR SystemはBRYT Green® Dyeを含むready-to-useの2Xマスターミックスです。DNAに結合する蛍光色素であるBRYT Green® DyeのPCR阻害は最小限であり、最大限の増幅効率とSYBR® Green Iよりも優れた蛍光の増強を示します。
迅速なホットスタート活性化と増幅活性に優れた酵素により、GoTaq®システムはほとんどのリアルタイムPCR装置と適合し、スタンダード・ファスト両方のサイクリングモードが使用できます。1-Stepならびに2-Stepの逆転写-リアルタイムシステムはさらにGoScript™ Reverse Transcriptaseを含み、PCRの前にファーストストランドcDNAを効率的に合成できます。

1反応で逆転写とリアルタイムPCR
GoTaq® 1-Step RT-qPCR Systemは、GoScript™ Reverse Transcriptase（逆転写酵素）とGoTaq® qPCR Master Mix（リアルタイムPCRマスターミックス）を組み合わせ、1ステップで逆転写-リアルタイムを実施しRNAの発現レベルの検出と相対的な定量化を行うことが可能です。構成品のGoScript™ RT Mix for 1-Step RT-qPCR (50X)は、GoScript™ Reverse TranscriptaseとRNasin® Plus RNaseインヒビター、その他シングルステップでの反応を増強する物質を組み合わせたものです。

2ステップの逆転写-定量PCR
GoTaq® 2-Step RT-qPCR System はGoScript™ Reverse Transcription System（逆転写システム）と GoTaq® qPCR Master Mix（リアルタイムPCRマスターミックス）を用い、RNA発現レベルの検出と相対的定量を容易に行うことができます。
GoTaq® qPCR Master Mixはready-to-useの安定した2倍濃度の試薬であり、GoTaq® Hot Start Polymerase、MgCl2、dNTPs、BRYT Green® Dye、反応バッファーからなります。マスターミックスには低レベルのcarboxy-X-rhodamine (CXR)が含まれますが、さらに別のチューブにてCXRが付属します。
GoScript™ Reverse Transcription Systemは最適化された反応バッファーとM-MLV reverse transcriptaseからなり、効率的にファーストストランドcDNAを合成できるようデザインされています。合成したcDNAはそのままリアルタイムPCRに使用できます。
