ImProm-II™ Reverse Transcriptaseは、完全長cDNAを合成する新しい酵素システムを採用した逆転写酵素で、希少なRNAや長鎖RNAの再現性のある分析に最適です。本酵素ではTotal RNA, poly(A)+ mRNAや合成RNAを逆転写することができます。ImProm-II™ Reverse Transcriptaseを使用する場合は、必ず添付される反応バッファーを使用して下さい。また、キットになったImProm-II™ Reverse Transcription System（Cat.# A3800)もご利用いただけます。
- 最大8.9kbまでの鋳型RNAを逆転写
- Cy®3/ Cy®5などの標識されたヌクレオチドの取込みに優れます
- 最適化されたバッファーによりRT反応液1～20µlを次のPCRに使用可能
- お望みの耐熱性ポリメラーゼとの2ステップRT-PCRが可能
- 5X Reaction Buffer添付：250mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.3 at 25℃), 375mM KCl, 50mM DTT。また、25mM MgCl2 Solutionも別バイアルで供給されます
