Set Up PCR in Less than a Minute with Convenient Master Mixes
GoTaq®はプロメガの持つバッファーテクノロジーにより高効率で安定に増幅するTaqベースのシステムで、マスターミックスタイプは多検体を処理するルーチンPCRに最適です。また、室温で反応セットアップの行えるホットスタートタイプ： GoTaq® Hot Start Polymerase もございます。
二種類のMaster Mixとも、PCRで効率的なテンプレートの増幅を可能にするGoTaq® DNA Polymerase、dNTP、MgCl2を含むバッファーで、直ぐに使える2X濃度となっています。また、比重が高いため、PCR後直接アガロースゲルに添加できます。
GoTaq® Green Master Mixには2種類の色素（青色および黄色）が含まれており、電気泳動により分離され、サンプルの移動状態をモニタリングすることができます。1%アガロースゲルで青色は3-5kb、黄色は50塩基以下の移動度です。
GoTaq® Colorless Master Mixは、色素を含まない点以外はGoTaq® Green Master Mix と同じ組成です。同様に比重を上げる成分もふくむため、反応後の増幅産物は直接アガロースゲルへのアプライが可能です。
