PCR Master MixはルーチンなPCRセットアップを簡略化するために用いるプレミックス溶液です。2X PCR Master Mixは、PCRによる効率的なDNA増幅が行なわれるように濃度調整されたTaq DNA Polymerase、dNTPs、MgCl2および反応バッファーの混合液で、テンプレートとプライマーを加えるだけで反応が開始できます。PCR Master Mixは0.2 - 2kbのDNAを増幅するルーチンPCRに最適化されています。また、このバッファーの組成はTaqを飛躍的に安定させます。PCR Master Mixは広い変性/アニーリング温度幅で様々なテンプレートを非常に効率良く増幅します。
- 迅速: 1分以内にセットアップ完了
- 熱安定性: 高温での安定性に優れ、40サイクルまで増幅可能
