An All-in-One PCR Master Mix for Maximum Convenience

GoTaq® G2 DNA Polymeraseは製造過程の改良によって、様々な種類のPCRテンプレートを確実に増幅し、再現性と安定性の向上した高い性能を示します。酵素は全長Taq DNA polymeraseですので、5´→3´エキソヌクレアーゼ活性を持ちます。マスターミックスにより、PCRセットアップが非常に容易に行えます。

GoTaq® G2 Green および Colorless Master Mixは、テンプレートとプライマーを添加するだけで直ぐに使える2X濃度の緑色あるいは透明なマスターミックスです。

GoTaq® G2 Green Master Mixには、青と黄色の色素が含まれており、ゲル電気泳動のマーカーとして使えます。また、比重が高いため、PCR後直接アガロースゲルに添加できます。GoTaq® G2 Colorless Master Mixは、PCR後精製なしに蛍光や吸光度測定に供する場合に適しています。

GoTaq® G2 PCR Master Mixes Produce High Yields Across Multiple Targets

Data showing GoTaq G2 PCR Master Mixes produce high yields across multiple targets-12299MA

Three targets were amplified with the GoTaq® G2 DNA Polymerase Green (G) and Colorless (C) Master Mixes or competitor products (L, R, T, Q, N) according to manufacturers’ recommended protocols using 3.3ng of input human DNA. GoTaq® G2 DNA Polymerase Master Mixes gave consistently high yields, while other products gave more variable results.
