PCRを行う上で高品質のデオキシヌクレオチド三リン酸 を用いることは重要です。PCR Nucleotide Mixは、等モル濃度のdATP, dCTP, dGTPおよびdTTPのナトリウム塩を含むプレミックスタイプの水溶液で、cGMP下製造されています。4種類のヌクレオチドが一回で反応に添加できますので、コンタミネーションの恐れがありません。標準的なPCRやホットスタート、RT-PCRなどを含む様々な用途に適しています。10mM PCR Nucleotide Mix, 1µlは典型的な50µl PCRに十分な量のヌクレオチドを供給します。
