本抗体 [subclass IgG2a(κ)] はマウスハイブリドーマの腹水から精製され、大腸菌のβ-ガラクトシダーゼを認識します。


  • 抗原: E. coli β-galactosidase.
  • 濃度: 2.0–2.5mg/ml in 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide.
  • 特異性: E. coli β-ガラクトシダーゼC末端付近。他のE. coliタンパク質との交差反応性は最低レベル
