ent-HaloPROTAC3は、HaloPROTAC3の鏡像異性体の化合物であり、ネガティブコントロールとして機能します。 ent-HaloPROTAC3は、HaloPROTAC3 と同じ分子量と一般的な構造を持っていますが、d-ヒドロキシプロリンと d-バリン残基の修飾が含まれているため HaloTagには結合しますが、VHLとは結合しません。 ent-HaloPROTAC3 を使用して、HaloTag®融合タンパク質の分解が VHL エンゲージメントと PROTAC メカニズムによって媒介されることを確認することができます。
