FluoroTect™ GreenLys in vitro Translation Labeling Systemはin vitroで合成されるタンパク質を蛍光で標識し、検出するシステムです。このシステムは、蛍光色素BODIPY®で標識されたリジン塩基をチャージしたtRNAがベースになっています。蛍光標識リジンはin vitro翻訳反応の間に合成タンパク質に組込まれます。
レーザーベースの蛍光ゲルスキャナーを用いて、“ゲル内”の標識タンパク質を2～5分以内に直接検出することができます。この手法はRI法にともなうゲルの固定-乾燥-感光 操作（6時間以上）あるいはNon-RIシステムにおけるエレクトロブロッティング-検出 操作（3時間以上）が不要です。もちろんRIを使用しないので安全です。


  • 迅速：データーは数分で得られ、RI法にともなう1昼夜の感光やこれまでのNon-RI法で必要な時間のかかるステップを排除
  • 便利：“ゲル内”での検出なので、転写、固定、ゲルの乾燥などが不要
  • Non-RI：RIの使用にともなう安全性・取扱いの問題、廃棄問題を排除
  • 感度：RI法および従来のNon-RI法による検出感度と同等
  • 柔軟性：修飾されたチャージtRNAはプロメガの様々な翻訳システム（Rabbit Reticulocyte Lysate, TNT® Coupled Transcription/Translation System, Wheat Germ Extractおよび E. coli S30 Extract.）で使用可能
