哺乳動物細胞ライセートからのHaloTag®融合タンパク質の精製に最適化されたキットです。HaloTag®融合タンパク質はHaloLink™ Resinと高い特異性で共有結合を形成します。このHaloLink™ Resinへの共有結合と非特異的な結合の低さにより、哺乳動物培養細胞での発現レベルが低い場合でもリコンビナントタンパク質を非常に高い純度、収率で精製することができます。HaloTag® Mammalian Protein Detection and Purification System（Cat.# G6795, G6799）にはHaloTag®染色用のHaloTag® TMRDirect™ Ligandが付属しており、簡便にHaloTag®融合タンパク質を蛍光検出できるため、発現・精製条件を迅速に最適化することができます。システムに付属するHaloLink™ Resinの結合容量はHaloTag®融合タンパク質 >7mg/ml（FLAG® の約10倍）で、回収率も通常 >75%です。非特異的な結合も非常に少なく（<0.1%）高純度のタンパク質を精製することができます。
