Magnetic Capture of HaloTag® Fusions for Protein Pull-Downs
Magne™ HaloTag® BeadsはHaloTag® 融合タンパク質を共有結合により簡便に捕捉する磁性体粒子でタンパク質のプルダウンや精製に使用することができます。これらの磁性体ビーズは非特異的なタンパク質の結合を抑えながら、 HaloTag® 融合タンパク質をを精製することができ、高い結合容量 (≥20mg/ml)を示します。マグネットによる処理は効率的なタンパク質精製を可能にし、複数の遠心操作を省くことができ、ロボットプラットフォームでの自動化アプリケーションを実施することができます。
Magne™ HaloTag® Beads (Cat.# G7281、G7282) はHaloLink™ Magnetic Beads (Cat.# G9311).の後継品として推奨します。
