Purify Polyhistidine (His-) or HQ-Tagged Proteins
MagneHis™ Protein Purification Systemは、ポリ-ヒスチジン-タグ（Hisタグ）またはHQタグ融合発現タンパク質の精製をシンプル、迅速、安定して行うためのシステムです。磁性体ニッケル粒子（MagneHis™ Ni-Particles）は、クルードな菌体ライセートから直接His/HQタグタンパク質を精製することができ、マニュアルだけでなくBeckman Biomek® 2000やFXなどを用いた自動化にも対応するシステムです。チューブ フォーマットでは、菌体培養液1ml以下のスモールスケールでも、1L以上のラージスケールからでも6X His/HQタグ-タンパク質を精製することができます。菌体は、FastBreak™ Cell Lysis Reagentで溶解され、その後にMagneHis™ Ni-Particlesを加えます。6XHis融合タンパク質は数分でNi-Particleに結合します。未結合タンパク質は洗浄除去され、標的タンパク質のみがインミダゾールによる溶出で回収されます。Hisタグ-タンパク質は、未変性条件下でも、6M尿素またはグアニジ-HCl存在下でも精製することができます。
FastBreak™ Cell Lysis Reagentは、時間のかかるリゾチーム消化に比べ迅速（15分以内）、効果的に菌体を溶解し、タンパク質の安定化にも優れます。
