Riboprobe® Systemのバッファー類は、単品でご利用いただけます。トランスクリプションによる品質保証が行われているため、良好なin vitro転写反応を行えます。
RQ1 RNase-Free DNaseはRNA調製の際にDNAテンプレート除去に用いられ、RNAの完全性維持が重要なアプリケーションに好適です。RNase活性が全く検出されないことを確認しています。10X Reaction Bufferと10X Stop Bufferが付属します。
rATP、rCTP、rGTP、rUTPはRiboprobe® Systemによる品質保証が行われており、それぞれ1本のチューブで提供されます。この製品はnuclease-free waterに溶解しています。HPLCによる純度検定済み。
