組織、血漿、血清または濃縮エクソソームから良質な miRNAを精製

Maxwell® RSC miRNA Tissue Kit は、約90分以内に 1–48の組織サンプルよりマイクロRNA (miRNA) を含む Total RNA を精製します。 Maxwell® RSC miRNA Plasma and Serum Kit は、約70分以内に1–48のサンプルより miRNA を含む Total RNA を精製します。本キットにはサンプル処理に必要なすべての試薬と精製用の試薬が予め分注されたカートリッジが含まれており、抽出作業を簡便化し、分析のための時間を創出します。

Maxwell® RSC miRNA Tissue および miRNA Plasma and Serum Kit はどちらも Maxwell® RSC および RSC 48 自動精製装置で使用できます（Maxwell® RSC Instrument は1～16サンプルを、Maxwell® RSC 48 は1～48サンプルを一度に処理することができます）。

抽出されたRNAは非常に濃縮されているためバイオマーカー検出、遺伝子発現などの実験で利用されるRT-qPCR や RNAシークエンシングやその他の用途にそのまま使用することができます。

磁性体粒子を利用するので目詰まりの心配もなし

Maxwell® RSC Instrument は磁性体粒子移動方式（溶液移動 [分注] 方式ではなく）を採用しているため他の自動化システムに比べ多くの利点があります。サンプルの処理中に液体が飛び跳ねる恐れのある液体移動方式とは異なり、クロスコンタミネーションのリスクは最小限です。目詰まりがないので、機能停止やワークフローの中断なども起こりません。
