Lumit™IL-1βイムノアッセイのしくみ

IL-1βに対する一次抗体は、特異的かつ高感度な検出を行うために選別され、NanoBiT®ルシフェラーゼのLgBiTおよびSmBiTサブユニットで標識されています。IL-1βの存在下で、サブユニットが会合し、活性を有するルシフェラーゼ酵素を形成します。最適化された基質を添加すると、IL-1βレベルに比例した明るい発光シグナルが生成されます。
