Multiplex STR Assay for Relationship Testing and Human Identification

The PowerPlex® CS7 System

A single-source template DNA (0.5ng) was amplified using the PowerPlex® CS7 10X Primer Pair Mix. Amplification products were mixed with Internal Lane Standard 600 and analyzed with an Applied Biosystems 3130 Genetic Analyzer using a 3kV, 5-second injection. Results were analyzed using GeneMapper® ID software, version 3.2, and PowerPlex® CS7 panel and bin files.

The PowerPlex® CS7 Allelic Ladder Mix was analyzed with an Applied Biosystems 3130 Genetic Analyzer using a 3kV, 5-second injection. The sample file was analyzed with the GeneMapper® ID software, version 3.2, and PowerPlex® CS7 panel and bin files. Please see the protocol for more details.
