Lumit™ Anti-Tag protein-protein interaction (PPI) immunoassay は、タグ付きタンパク質を利用してタンパク質間またはタンパク質小分子間の相互作用を測定するホモジニアス（無洗浄操作の）なアッセイシステムです。
このアッセイは、免疫検出と NanoLuc® バイナリーテクノロジー (NanoBiT) を組み合わせたもので、このNanoBiTは相互作用研究に理想的な構造相補性レポーターです。NanoBiT® システムは2つのサブユニットであるLarge BiT (LgBiT; 18kDa) と Small BiT (SmBiT; 11 アミノ酸からなるペプチド) で構成されています。これらのサブユニットは、リコンビナントフュージョンとして発現させたり、抗体や他の標的タンパク質と化学的に結合させることができます。LgBiTおよびSmBiTサブユニットは、弱い親和性（Kd = 190μM）を有し、安定性と最小限の自己会合性が得られるように最適化されています。LgBiTとSmBiTが近接すると、基質の存在下で発光する機能的な酵素を形成します。
