Maxwell® FSC InstrumentとDNA IQ™試薬であれば、血痕、精液痕、毛髪、タバコの吸い殻、組織サンプルや微量DNAサンプルなどといったケースワークサンプルからのDNA抽出を簡便、安定的に自動で実施できます。DNA抽出の自動化で労働時間やコストが削減でき、スタッフが自由に解析に取り組めるようになります。
磁性体粒子の移動方式により、目詰まりの心配は無用。
Maxwell® FSCはリキッドハンドラーではなく、磁性体粒子移動方式です。サンプルを処理している間に液体を扱ったり飛散することが無いため、交差汚染のリスクを最少にします。また、カートリッジには試薬と磁性体粒子があらかじめ充填されており、すぐに使用することができます。
