Maximum Flexibility, Control and Convenience for Optimizing PCR
GoTaq® Flexi DNA Polymerase は、酵素・マグネシウム濃度を研究用途に応じて最適化することが可能です。5X Green 、Colorless Flexi Reaction Buffersは、マグネシウムを含みません。25mM MgCl2 は、反応条件に応じてコントロールしやすいよう、別チューブで供給します。MgCl2 は、単品でもご購入いただけます。
GoTaq® DNA Polymerase は、マグネシウムを含む反応バッファーと共に供給します。5X GoTaq® Green、Colorless Reaction Buffersは、7.5mM濃度でMgCl2 を含んでいます。
5X Green and 5X Colorless Reaction Buffersはサンプルの比重を増加させる化合物が含まれており、アガロースゲルのウェル内でサンプルが容易に沈みます。さらに5X Green GoTaq® Flexi Bufferには2種類の色素（青色および黄色）が含まれており、電気泳動の際に分離されて容易にモニタリングすることができます。本バッファーは増幅後に直接ゲル分析を行う際に使用します。5X Colorless GoTaq® Flexi Bufferは、増幅反応後に色素が影響を与える吸光値や蛍光値の測定などのアプリケーションに推奨されます。
- PCRからの直接ゲル解析： PCRから直接ゲル解析に使用することができます。Green GoTaq® Reaction Bufferは、反応バッファーとゲルローディング溶液の両方として使用可能です
- PCRエンハンサーと共に使用: GoTaq® DNA Polymeraseは、ベタインとDMSOのようなPCRエンハンサーと一緒に使用できます
